Again i was getting the socket error 60% time. So me thinking its an old piece hardware went out and bought a Linksys Wireless N300 PCI Dual-Band Adaptor. So after using a wireless dongle (netgear wg111v2) i roughly got a socket error 90% time. OK after getting this socket error i started doing some testing and seems an old piece hardware solved my problem.
